The East Valley Tribune reported on Thursday that the Marriott Hotel will anchor the new "M7" Tempe development located at the South East corner of 7th Street & Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe. The big news is, when complete, the conference center will become the largest in Tempe! The 52,000 square foot conference center, which would have the ability to manage very large groups, will complement the 1.2 million square foot development which will include the Marriott Hotel and two condominium towers that will be built at a later date.
